CODE OF CONDUCT

CIFFL strives to foster an environment which focuses on core principals such as integrity, responsibility, honesty, fairness, and respect for others. As we encourage their children toward development of character, we ask that parents uphold these standards and be an example to their children of excellent conduct.

It’s important that families and their guests follow any instructions/requests that are made by the facility staff in the Athletic Park, including the field and parking areas. There are a shortage of indoor fields available in the city and CIFFL is privileged to be granted access to the best of them: Parents and players must be respectful of these facilities, and staff.

Note: It will be your responsibility to inform co-parents and any guest you invite to watch a game that they must also adhere to the Facility Code of Conduct
Breach of facility rules could result in our entire program being revoked access to the facility. Please review the rules below carefully:

FACILITY RULES
​
The renter and participants will be allowed access into the Shouldice Seasonal Dome at the START of the appointment time and are required to vacate the field at END of the appointment time. If user groups do not vacate the dome at the end time, any additional time will be charged to the user group.
User groups need to respect the permitted times and not stay beyond those times.
Group setup and teardown time must be included in the appointment time. The renter will not have exclusive use of common area around the facilities. All facilities and surrounding areas on property are to be left in condition as it was found.
Only player, coaches, manager, officials, and trainers can access the field.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the Shouldice Seasonal Dome including but not limited to chewing gum, seeds, and tobacco products. Only Water is permitted for players, coaches, referees and all spectators.
Dressing rooms/change rooms are not available as part of the bookings at Shouldice Seasonal Dome. User groups should come ready to play as no changerooms are available. Washroom and water fountains are located outside the seasonal dome.
NOTE: Player and Spectator capacity is 300 persons and capacity is not exceeded at any time per Fire Safety Bi-Law.
